The City of Hoboken has issued a moratorium on approving new reserved on-street parking spaces for persons with disabilities. The City recently kicked-off an ADA Transition Plan to review and amend its policies related to accessible travel, accessible parking, and access to City services. All vehicles utilizing a reserved accessible parking space must maintain an active Hoboken Resident Parking Permit and must comply with all posted temporary or emergency parking restrictions. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in enforcement actions consistent with applicable municipal regulations. A one‑time application fee of $130.00 is required at the time of submission. Applicants who do not meet eligibility standards will be notified by mail.
