Mayor Bhalla, Hoboken tenant advocate to host open office hours

Mayor Bhalla will hold open office hours for residents on Monday, February 11 from 6-8 pm in the Mayor’s conference room on the second floor of City Hall (94 Washington Street).

“My door is open for residents to speak to me about any issue on their mind.  I look forward to helping address constituent concerns and hearing suggestions on how we can improve City services.”

Also joining Mayor Bhalla will be Hoboken’s Chief of Constituent Affairs, Caroline Caulfield.  Residents planning to attend may email her in advance to advise of any issue they would like to discuss. Caroline can be reached at ccaulfield@hobokennj.gov.  Additional open office hours for Mayor Bhalla will be announced in the coming weeks.

As a reminder, Hoboken’s new Office of Constituent Affairs is open Monday through Friday, from 9-4 p.m. on the first floor of City Hall for any resident to receive assistance for municipal services. Residents can make an appointment in advance or outside of those hours with Caroline by calling (201) 420-2000 ext.1311 or by emailing ccaulfield@hobokennj.gov.

In addition, Hoboken’s tenant advocate, Andrew Sobel. Esq. will be holding open office hours for any Hoboken resident seeking advice on housing matters. Mr. Sobel will be available during office hours, by appointment, between the hours of 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm on Thursday, February 28, Thursday, March 14, and Thursday, March 28 in the basement conference room in City Hall at 94 Washington Street.
