The City of Hoboken and the Hoboken Business Alliance (HBA) have released details of the “Big Match Block Parties,” a citywide celebration of all things soccer running from June 13 through July 19. The rotating series of neighborhood block-party watch events will include large screen live match viewing, interactive soccer games and activities for fans of all ages, family-friendly programming, outdoor dining and beverage service, community gathering spaces, and local restaurant and retail participation.
The Big Match Block Party Schedule is as follows:
Zone 4: Fourth Street between Bloomfield & Washington Streets
3 p.m.: Qatar vs Switzerland 6 PM: Brazil vs Morocco
Hospitality by The Madison, Baja Mexican Cuisine, and Kiki Lu Gelato.
Zone 5: Sinatra Drive between First and Fourth Streets
1 p.m.: Germany vs Curaçao
4 p.m.: Netherlands vs Japan
7 p.m.: Ivory Coast vs Ecuador
