City of Hoboken & Hoboken Business Alliance invite residents to annual Harvest Festival on Oct. 18

The City of Hoboken, in partnership with the Hoboken Business Alliance (HBA), invites residents and visitors to enjoy the annual Harvest Festival on Saturday, Oct. 18, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Pier A Park and South Waterfront Walkway.

This free, family-friendly event is a Hoboken fall tradition, featuring an afternoon of festive activities, live entertainment, local food, and craft vendors.

“We’re excited to once again invite the community to our annual Harvest Festival to celebrate the season and the spirit of Hoboken,” said Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla. “This event brings families, neighbors, and visitors together in one of our most beautiful waterfront spaces for a day of fun and community connection. Thank you to the Hoboken Business Alliance for partnering with us once again to make this special day possible.”

Children will enjoy a variety of free attractions including bounce houses, a trackless train, a pumpkin-decorating station, face painting, balloon art, and a special visit from the dinosaurs of Dinosaurs Arise.

Festival goers can also explore a wide selection of local vendors, including crafters, artisans, and some of the city’s favorite eateries. Live performances will feature music by the Demolition String Band and more.  A beer garden will also be available for attendees ages 21 and over.

“The Hoboken Business Alliance is proud to support events like the Harvest Festival that bring our community together while also spotlighting local businesses and talent,” said James Runkle, President of the Board of Trustees for the HBA. “It’s a great opportunity for residents and visitors alike to experience all that Hoboken has to offer.”
