Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla and the City of Hoboken are pleased to provide COVID-19 testing for Hoboken residents and Hoboken business employees through a partnership with various testing providers. All testing is by appointment, with the exception of testing through the New Jersey Department of Health. The Hoboken Health Department recommends getting a COVID-19 test at least 5-7 days after a potential exposure in order to minimize inaccurate results. If you have symptoms, you do not need to wait to get a test.

PCR testing through Prompt MD and Medicine Man Pharmacy utilizes Star Labs. Residents can now check results online through the Star Labs online portal. Log on to http://www.starlabs.org, enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and request an access code to your cell phone or email. You will then be able to view your results online, which are anticipated within 48-72 hours, although results may be posted earlier. If you are having trouble accessing results, you can email Star Labs at testresults@starlabs.org and copy testing@hobokennj.gov and the Hoboken Health Department can follow up with the lab.

Testing through Riverside Medical Group uses Bio Reference Laboratories. Residents can now check results online through Bio Reference's online portal. Create an account and log on to http://www.bioreference.com, to view your results.

Test results through the New Jersey Department of Health taken at 221 Jackson Street will be provided directly to individuals. If results have not been provided in 48 hours, please call the State's laboratory at 212-880-5494.
