Notice of Intent to Award a Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement The City of Hoboken is a member in good standing of the The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) National Cooperative and intends to award a contract under TIPS RFP 190402 – Fleet Management Services. The City intends to award a contract to for open ended (equity) leases of ten (10) vehicles including maintenance and related equipment for the City of Hoboken.

It is the intent of the City of Hoboken to make a contract award to Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc., 600 Corporate Park Drive, St. Louis, MO 63105 on March 3, 2021 pursuant to proposal provided on February 4, 2021 in accordance with the above mentioned contract. The contract will commence upon approval of the resolution to award the contract.
The City of Hoboken is permitted to join national cooperative agreement under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3) and LFN 2012 – 10.
The comments period for this notice ends on February19, 2021 at 3:00 pm prevailing time. Comments should be submitted by sending an email below to the Purchasing Agent, City of Hoboken.
