RFP - 20 – 03 Request for Proposals (RFP) –Competitive Contracting Concession Operations at Pier A Park - (CY2020)
Questions and request for information (RFI) must be in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent VIA E-MAIL to purchasing@hobokennj.gov by 3:00 p.m. on June 17, 2020. The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline.
Due to current conditions, vendors are encouraged to submit their sealed proposals via certified mail or overnight delivery.
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide concession operations at Pier A Park, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall,94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 amto 4:00 pm), or send your request via email below.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.,N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process,the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
