NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Department, for the City of Hoboken, Hudson County, State of New Jersey on December 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.prevailing time at Hoboken City Hall, Office of the Clerk, 94 Washington Street, NJ 07030:

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal in the best interest of the City.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.,
N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process,and all other applicable laws.
