RFP 19 - 34 City of Hoboken Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Individuals or Firms Interested in Providing
Real Estate Advisory Services to the City of Hoboken
Term: January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Real Estate Financial Advisory Services to the City of Hoboken pursuant to New Jersey statutes in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), or send your request via email below.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
