Request for Proposals (RFP) – Professional Services

Professional Planning / Community Development Block Grant Services Development of a Five-Year

Consolidated Action Plan and Citizen Participation

The  City  of  Hoboken  is  requesting  proposals  from  qualified  individuals  or  firms  to

provide  professional  services  in  accordance  with  the  specifications  or  City  approved

equivalent.  The City of Hoboken reserves the right to award a contract with one or more

individuals or firms.

Specification   and   other   RFP   information   may   be   obtained   at   the   Purchasing

Department,  Hoboken  City  Hall,  94  Washington  Street,  Hoboken,  NJ  07030,  during regular

business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), tel: (201) 420-2000 ext. 1400  or send your request via email

below.

Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et

seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process,  the  City  of  

Hoboken  Chapter  20A  Fair  and  Open  Process,  and  all  other

applicable laws.
