Hoboken to host free vaccination clinic for dogs and cats

The City of Hoboken is hosting its annual free rabies vaccination clinic for dogs and cats at the Multi-Service Center (124 Grand Street) on Saturday, May 18 from 10:30 am until 1:30 pm. All dogs must be securely fastened with a collar and leash. Dog owners must have a 2019 Hoboken dog license which can be obtained on site.

Please be aware that all dogs whose rabies vaccination expires at any point in the 2019 licensing cycle will not be issued a 2019 dog license. Rabies vaccinations must be valid from May 1—the following April 30. A veterinarian from the Animal Infirmary of Hoboken will administer the vaccine. Please take advantage of this opportunity to protect yourself and your pet against rabies.

Dogs and cats brought to the clinic must be on a leash or in a carrier and accompanied by an adult who will put the animal on the examining table.
