The Hoboken Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board, is responsible for issuing, renewing, and transferring retail liquor licenses in Hoboken. Hoboken ABC also assists the Hoboken Police Department in ensuring all local and state laws and regulations related to the sale of alcoholic beverages are followed and enforced.
Additionally, the ABC board will hold administrative hearings for any alleged violations of the ABC law, to determine if and what penalty should be imposed.
