-Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by someone age 18 or older,  

-Use of the gym is on a first-come, first-served basis.  

-No organized team practices; intended for recreational activity only.  

-Food and beverages are not permitted in the gym. Only bottled water or resealable sports drinks are permitted.  

-Shoes must be soft-soled, non-marking.  

-Balls and sports equipment are not provided.  

-Balls may not be kicked or hit against walls or ceilings.  

-No dunking or hanging on rims or nets.  

-No pets allowed.  

-No remote-control devices allowed.  

-No bikes, e-bikes, skateboards, roller blades, etc.  

-No inappropriate language or behavior.  

-The City of Hoboken reserves the right to cancel and/or change Open Gym times at any moment.

-The City of Hoboken is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Please do not bring any valuables into the facility.  

-Participants who do not adhere to any rule or engage in language or behavior that threatens others’ safety or disturbs the peace will be asked to leave the facility by the Facility Supervisor.
