Term: One year from the date of award


The City of Hoboken is requesting qualifications from qualified firms to provide special counsel regarding the Federal Litigation regarding sanctuary city policies in the form of legal representation in matters relating to the City of Hoboken’s government administrative functions, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.


Specification and other RFQ information may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, Hoboken City Hall, or send a request to the email address below.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
