NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on February 5, 2021 at 3:00 PM prevailing time at Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:
RFP – 21 - 02
Request for Proposals (RFP) – Competitive Contracting Outdoor Advertising Panels - Concession
Questions, clarifications and request for information (RFI) must be in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent by sending an email below by 3:00p.m. on January 15, 2021. The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline.
Due to current conditions and to protect the safety of everyone, vendors are encouraged to submit their sealed proposals via certified mail or overnight delivery.
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide goods and services mentioned above, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, by sending an email below or contact Purchasing at: (201) 420 – 2000 ext: 1400.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et
seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of
Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
