New Jersey on December 9, 2020 at 3:00 PM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:
RFP - 20 - 05 - Request for Qualifications from Individuals or Firms Interested in Providing Insurance Brokerage Services–Property and Casualty Insurance to the City of Hoboken Term: January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021
The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional services – Serving as Insurance Broker to the City, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent.
Specification and other RFP information may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), or send your request via email below.
Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
To protect the health and safety of everyone, vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals via certified mail or overnight delivery.
