ADDENDUM TO RFP DOCUMENTS
RFP – 26-15 - Hoboken Master Plan Re-examination Report and Community and Educational Facilities Plan Element, and Parks and Recreation Plan Element
This Addendum # 1 dated November 4, 2026, is issued to modify the above-mentioned RFP, and is hereby made part of the RFP documents. Please attach this Addendum #1 to the original documents in your possession and ensure same is included in your proposal. This addendum includes:
Q1. As there is no budget provided in the RFP, is the correct interpretation that the City is not releasing a budget?
A1. Correct, the City is not releasing a budget for this work.
Q2. On p. 18, under Task 3 (Community Meetings), is the following: “At least two (2) community-wide meetings will be held during the preparation of the Master Plan Reexamination Report and the Community and Educational Facilities Plan Element (for each component).” Should this be interpreted as one (1) community-wide meeting for each component (total of 2 meetings) or two (2) meetings per component (total of 4 meetings)?
A2. Total of 4 meetings.
This addendum is posted on the City of Hoboken website to ensure compliance.
There are no other changes to the RFP documents as part of this addendum.
