Notice of Intent to Award a Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement The City of Hoboken is a member in good standing of the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) and intends to award a contract under NCPA contract # 12-10 for Security Products and Services to purchase body worn cameras and accessories for the City of Hoboken Parking Utility (HPU).

It is the intent of the City of Hoboken to make a contract award to Vigilant Solutions, LLC, Livermore, CA 94551 in January 2021 pursuant to proposal number 2020 - 7058323400 submitted in accordance with the above mentioned contract. The contract will commence upon approval of the resolution to award the contract.
The City of Hoboken is permitted to join national cooperative agreement under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3) and LFN 2012 – 10.
The comments period for this notice ends on January 8, 2021. Comments should be submitted by sending an email below to the Purchasing Agent, City of Hoboken.
