Cooperative and intends to award a contract under Contract Number: Westward Industrial LTD. 122220
- WWI. The City intends to award a contract to purchase three (3) each, GO-4 EV Scooters for Hoboken Parking Utility.

It is the intent of the City of Hoboken to make a contract award to Trius Inc. with business address at 5049 Industrial Road, Farmingdale, NJ 07727 pursuant to proposal provided on July 8, 2021 in accordance with the above mentioned contract. Trius Inc. is the authorized dealer of Westward Industrial LTD. equipment in NJ. The contract will commence upon approval of the resolution to award the contract on August 18, 2021.
The City of Hoboken is permitted to join national cooperative agreement under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3) and LFN 2012 – 10.
The comments period for this notice ends on Friday, July 23, 2021at 3:00 pm prevailing time.
