Notice of Pending Bond Ordinance and Summary
The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which areincluded herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting ofthe City Council of the City of Hoboken, in the County of Hudson, State of NewJersey, of September 2, 2026. It will befurther considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at ameeting of the City Council to be held at City Hall, 94 Washington Street,Hoboken, New Jersey on October 7, 2026at 7 o'clock P.M. During the week priorto and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinancewill be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the CityClerk's office for the members of the general public who shall request thesame. The summary of the terms of suchbond ordinance follows:
