CITY OF HOBOKEN NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the representative of the Purchasing Division, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hoboken, State of New Jersey on September 24, 2026 at 11:30 AM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, N.J. at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
BID 26-07 - Professional Operation of Off-Street Parking Facilities for the City of Hoboken
Facilities walk through: September 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM
Deadline for Questions/RFI: September 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM
Specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Division, City Hall, 2nd Floor, 94
Washington Street, Hoboken, N.J. 07030during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.Telephone: (201) 420-2000 ext. 1050 or email: Purchasing@hobokennj.gov.
All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall be available for a period of sixty (60) days.
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Bidders are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:531 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 –1 et seq., New Jersey Statues Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
