Q: Page 35 ‐ Submission checklist does not list a bid bond/cashiers check/certified check as
required. Please advise if bid bond/cashiers check/certified check is required for bid submission.
A: It is required. New checklist is attached with addendum.
Please advise what is needed for the following items:
Q: Proof of Licensure needed IAW current NJ State and Federal Regulations
A: No, it is not required however please submit any related licenses.
Q: Resume/Credentials of employees assigned to the City. Is this the listing of equipment
operators detailed on page 19‐20?
Q: References and Vendor Qualifications – Are you requesting a listing of prior snow removal
Submission deadline has been extended to September 21, 2021 at 1:00 pm prevailing time.
RFI submission is closed on September 3, 2021.
The complete addendum is posted on the City of Hoboken website to ensure compliance. There are no
other changes to the BID documents as part of this addendum.
