This Addendum #1, dated November 22, 2021 is issued to modify the above mentioned RFP and is hereby made part of the RFP documents. Please attach this Addendum #1 to the original documents in your possession and ensure same is included in your proposal.
Q1. After reviewing the bid documents, we could not find a scope of work contained. Can you please provide or clarify the scope of services requested?
A1. The scope of service is to provide grant writing services.
Q2. How many grants does the City anticipate responding to in a given year?
A2. We apply for numerous grants each month
Q3. Does the City have a page preference for the vendor qualifications submission?
A3. No preference
Q4. Are there additional instructions on preferred pricing structures (ie. fixed price or hourly rates)?
A4. No preference
Q5. Will the City consider electronic submissions via email or are vendors required to submit hard copies with CD/DVDs?
A5. You have to submit 1 original, 1 copy and CD/DVD/USB
Q6. How many grant writers do the City currently work with?
A6. Two
