If you are having difficulty with submitting your online application for a parking permit or temporary no parking signs, please call customer service at 201-653-1919 between 9:00am-4:0pm, Monday-Friday.
**Please note that HPU uses automated license plate recognition (ALPR) camera systems to check if vehicles have a valid permit or have initiated a paid parking session through a meter or ParkMobile, so physical permits/stickers/decals are unnecessary.
