Celebrate Halloween with the City of Hoboken on Monday, Oct. 31, by joining the annual Ragamuffin Parade!

The lineup for the parade begins at 3:15 p.m. on Washington Street and 13th Street. The parade will start at 4 p.m. down Washington Street to Fifth Street. The parade will turn east at Fifth Street, ending at the Hoboken Little League Field, 5th Street and River Terrace.

Special guests this year include Funny Factory Clown Band, Ron Albanese AKA Polka Dot, Elvis "The King," and the Rockin' Redwings Marching Band.

Following the parade's conclusion, the City will once again host its annual costume contest awarding prizes to the best family costume and four age groups - participants 2 years old and younger, 3 to 5-year-olds, 6 to 8-year-olds, and 9 to 12-year-olds.
