Southwest Park located at 58 Harrison St.
Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla and the City’s Cultural Affairs Department are pleased to offer a series of musical concerts in the Southwest Park (58 Harrison Street).
Monday Night Concerts: All concerts take place from 6:00pm to 8:00pm unless otherwise indicated.
June 8 - Americana Family Jamboree (6pm - 7pm) : Fun for the whole family, featuring songs from The Great Americana songbook.
Sing-a-long to classics by Hank Williams, Pete Seeger, Woody Guthrie, Bill Monroe and more.
June 15 - Zydeco Revelators: An evening of Louisiana Cajun dance music.
June 22 - The Joe Taino Group: a blend of Americana and Caribbean influenced jazz and blues
July 13 - The Sons of Rest: An evening of jazz and jump blues featuring guitar player George Naha
July 22 - Gene D. Plumber: swinging honkytonk-a-billy
July 27 - The Skuller: a powerful blend of blues-soaked modern rock with a rockabilly soul
August 3 - School of Rock: popular rock hits performed by local music students
August 10 - Sensational Country Blues Wonders: A throwback to classic Country tunes from the 50s and 60s, gritty Gospel from the deep south and time-honored Blues hailing from Mississippi and Chicago
